The paper provides information on the current state of resources of the Siberian cisco Coregonus
sardinella, the vostrijak whitefi sh C. anaulorum, the Siberian whitefi sh C. lavaretus pidschian, the
broad whitefi sh C. nasus, the inconnu Stenodus leucichthys nelma, the Kamchatka grayling Thymallus
arcticus mertensi, and the northern pike Esox lucius in the Anadyr River middle run. The
size-age structure of catches of the commercial fi shes has been comparatively analyzed. The state
of fi sh resources and prospects of the fi shery development are discussed. It is found that, due to the
weakening and cessation of organized fi shing on the river in recent years, there has been a trend
for some commercial fi sh populations to increase, especially in species not signifi cantly migrating
seasonally (northern pike, siberian whitefi sh, broad whitefi sh). |
