The authors assess the current safety (ЭБ) of the power production-and-supply complex of Magadan Region, using the indicative method of analysis. Through this study, 22 indicators and 7 indicative blocks, which share the same characteristics of the power safety, were used by the authors of this paper as the basis to recognize safe, fore-crisis and crisis states of the power system there. The principles of an integrated-number assessment of ЭБ are proposed for the territory of Magadan Region. Under this approach, the modern power safety is assessed within the threshold values of unsteady crisis and threatening crisis states. The basic trends of improving the safety situation are determined. The system-based solutions are proposed for this problem in accordance with the developed mineral production scenario till 2020. The ЭБ predictions are made for this time period using the quantitative estimates of 11 indicators. Under the long-term project aimed at providing for the regional power safety, the area-specific law-based measures are proposed. |
